A full renovation of an original office building on Nike’s Beaverton campus, built around an active, on-the-move workforce.

The ground floor became an amenities hub, barista, grab-and-go food, indoor-outdoor seating, showers, lockers, and bike storage, while the upper levels added flexible collaboration space and hoteling desks for teams on the move.
